Test Method:
a. ISO 4832:2006:incubate at 30 ℃±1 ℃ or 37 ℃±1 ℃ for 18-24 hours. b. AOAC OMA 2000.15 :incubate at 30 ℃±1 ℃ or 32 ℃±1 ℃ for 18-24 hours.
This rapid product is based on cold gel technology and can be used for the detection of coliforms in most food samples. Results are available within 18 to 24 hours.
